Are you on any health insurance plans?

I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPOs, including Blue Choice PPOs from the marketplace and also Anthem PPOs from outside of Illinois. In addition, I am in network with USHIP for the University of Chicago. If you have other health insurance, I file out-of-network claims for reimbursement to you.

 

Do you treat personality disorders?

Yes, including borderline and narcissistic personality disorders.

 

Do you see couples for couples therapy?

Yes, upon referral.
